How often are the 1:1 calls?
Every two weeks for the full six months of CEO Foundations. That's 12 dedicated sessions across your program — not including group calls, async feedback, or community access.
Will I always work with the same founder?
You'll be matched with either Christy or Brian based on your specific needs and their availability. In some cases you may rotate between both — which gives you two distinct operator perspectives on your business.
How long is each session?
45 minutes. Enough time to go deep on one or two real issues — not so long that it becomes a therapy session. Come with a clear agenda and we'll make every minute count.
Is this available outside of CEO Foundations?
The biweekly 1:1 structure is built into the CEO Foundations program. If you're interested in standalone 1:1 work, book a discovery call and we'll talk through what makes sense for where you are.
What if I need to reschedule?
